Borderstan?
Borderstan is where DC neighborhoods meet, the crossroads of the Dupont Circle and Logan Circle neighborhoods, and next to Adams Morgan, Columbia Heights, NoMa, Shaw and Kalorama. The 14th Street, 17th Street and U Street commercial corridors are in Borderstan. It is part of three Advisory Neighborhood Commissions (ANCs): 2F/Logan Circle, 2B/Dupont Circle and 1B; and three Police Service Areas (PSAs), 208, 307 and 305.
